How to dilute the high concentration samples?

Our sample diluent have 6ml,if you operate the experiment according the manual , it is enough to be used.If the concetration of sample are two high, you can use PBS(PH=7.4) or Physiological Saline to dilute samples first. Please kindly note, the sample only be dilutes five times when you use our sample dilutent.
