Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF), Human, Recombinant

Brief introduction:Granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) contains internal disulfide bonds. In the colony-stimulating factor family, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) is the most effective inducer of leukemic myeloid cell differentiation into granulocytes and macrophages. Bacterial endotoxin, TNF, interleukin-1, and GM-CSF induce the synthesis of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). Prostaglandin E2 inhibits the synthesis of granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF). Secretion of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) is induced by interleukin 17 in epithelial cells, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts.Recombinant Human granulocyte colony Stimulating Factor (rhG-CSF) produced in E. coli is a non-glycation polypeptide chain containing 175 amino acids with a molecular mass of 18.8kDa.Aliases: Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF), Human, host control; CSF-3;  C17 or f33Physical properties and indexes:Purity: >95%Endotoxin: <0.2 EU/μgTiter: >1 x 107units/mgExpression host: E. coliSource: HumanPurification Method: purification by chromatographyCharacter: This product is colorless liquidStability: This product can be stored at -20℃ for 1 year, the dissolved solution can be stored at -20℃ for 3 months, at 4℃ for 2 weeks, and avoid repeated freeze-thawAmino acid sequence:MTPLGPASSL PQSFLLKCLE QVRKIQGDGA ALQEKLCATY KLCHPEELVL LGHSLGIPWA PLSSCPSQAL QLAGCLSQLH SGLFLYQGLL QALEGISPEL GPTLDTLQLD  VADFATTIWQ QMEELGMAPA LQPTQGAMPA FASAFQRRAG GVLVASHLQS FLEVSYRVLR HLAQP
