Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (mGM-CSF), Mouse, Recombinant

Brief introduction:Granulo-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) was originally thought to be a growth factor that supports colony formation of granulo-macrophage progenitor cells in vitro. It is produced by a variety of different cell types, including activated T cells, B cells, macrophages, mast cells, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts, in response to cytokines and other immune and inflammatory stimuli. In addition to granulo-macrophage progenitors, GM-CSF is also a growth factor for erythrocytes, megakaryocytes, and eosinophil progenitors. In mature hematopoietic cells, GM-CSF is a survival factor that activates granulocyte, monocyte/macrophage, and eosinophilic effect function.Recombinant mouse GM-CSF is a non-glycation polypeptide chain containing 125 amino acids with a molecular weight of 14.3kDa.
