Interferon gamma (IFN-γ), Mouse, Recombinant;
Brief introduction:Mouse IFN-γ (mIFN-γ) has 41% sequence homology with human interferon-γ (hIFN-γ), which is a macrophage activator. The active form of IFN-γ is a dimer consisting of two antiparallel locking monomers that initiate the IFN-γ/JAK/STAT pathway. IFN-γ signal transduction has a variety of biological functions, mainly related to host defense and immune regulation, including antiviral and antibacterial defense, apoptosis, inflammatory response, innate immunity and acquired immunity.Interferon gamma (IFN-γ), Mouse, Recombinant; Type II interferon; T cell interferon; MAF; IFNG; IFG; IFIProduct Information:Expression host: human HEK293 cellsSource: miceSynonymous words: immunointerferon, Type II interferon,T cell interferon,MAFProtein sequence: DNA sequence encoding mouse interferon-γ (NP_032363.1) expression with His tag at the C-terminal.Molecular weight: The recombinant mouse interferon-γ protein contains 139 amino acids and has a predicted theoretical molecular weight of 16.3kd.Purity: ≥95% was analyzed by SDS-PAGE gel and high performance liquid chromatography.Endotoxin: < 0.1EU/ugBiological activity: Activity was measured by its ability to inhibit the proliferation of mouse WEHI-279 cells. ED50 is expected to be ≤0.2ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ≥5x106IU/mg.Composition: Lyophilized PBS (PH 7.4) containing 6% mannitolCharacter: This product is white loose bodyStability: The freeze-dried preparation can be stored at 4℃ for 24 months, and the dissolved liquid can be stored at -20℃ for 6-12 months to avoid repeated freeze-thaw.Usage and Description: Scientific research reagent, widely used in cell biology, pharmacology and other scientific research, is strictly prohibited for human body. Interferon-γ is an unstable interferon produced by CD4 and CD8 T lymphocytes as well as activated NK cells. IFN-γ receptors are present in most immune cells, and they respond to IFN-γ signaling by increasing the surface expression of class Ⅰ γ proteins. This presents the promoting antigen to T-helper (CD4+) cells. Interferon-γ signaling modulates the antigen-specific immune response period in antigen presentation, cells, and antigen recognition B and T lymphocytes. In addition, interferon-γ stimulates many lymphocyte functions, including the antimicrobial and antitumor responses of macrophages, NK cells, and neutrophils. Human interferon-γ is species-specific and is biologically active only in human and primate cells.Instructions for use:It is recommended that the vial be centrifuged briefly before opening to remove the contents from the bottom. It is recommended to dissolve freeze-dried powder in water for injection, sterilized ultra-pure water or sterile PBS with a concentration of 100μg/ml. Reserve solution should be stored in separate packages for further dilution to working concentration. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw as much as possible.Redissolved cytokines: for short-term storage, please pack and store at -20℃.Partial purchase records (1)
