Descriptions: Paraformaldehyde is a commonly used fixative in IHC and ICC research. This fixative is gentle and can well preserve the antigenicity and intricate structure of tissues，therefore is suitable for long-period storage for tissue sample and cell sections. It is very suitable for light microscopy immunochemical studies of tissues and cells. The 3 ml and 15 ml 4%PFA PBS solution is pre-filled single-tube，tissue can be directly added into the tube for fixation after cleaning.

Using Instructions:

Tissue Fixation: Soak and fix at room temperature or 4°C for 2–24 hours. After rinsing with buffer，proceed with resin embedding for tissue sectioning.

Section Fixation: Fix for 10min-2h at RT or 4 ℃，depending on section thickness. After washing with buffer，it can be used for staining.

Cell Fixation: Fix for 10-30min at RT or 4 ℃. After washing with buffer，it can be used for staining.
