Hollande Fixative is similar to Bouin's Fixative, which is mainly composed of PA, formaldehyde, copper acetate and so on. The penetration speed is accelerated, the fixation is uniform, the tissue contraction is slight, and the fine structure of cells is clearly displayed. The fixative is mainly used for gastrointestinal biopsy and endocrine tissue fixation.
