This lentivirus concentrated solution is a 5× solution that can be used for simple and rapid concentration of lentivirus particles. This reagent is easy to operate and does not require ultracentrifugation or column passing. Simply mix Lentivirus Concentrated Solution (5×, Sterilized) with lentivirus supernatant in a ratio of 1:4 and incubate for a period of time. Centrifuge at normal speed to obtain concentrated lentivirus particles. The recovery rate of lentivirus particles can reach over 90%, and the highest titer can be increased by about 100 times.

This product is suitable for concentrating the vast majority of types of lentiviral particles.
