The Nematode Routine Dehydration Reagent I of Solarbio mainly consist of glycerol and alcohol. It should be used in conjunction with the Nematode Routine Dehydration Reagent II. It takes 12-18 hours to complete the entire process of nematode fixation and sealing; Nematodes can be used for long-term preservation after fixation and dehydration. This reagent is only used in the field of scientific research and is not suitable for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.
