Turk cell counting solution, also known as Turk's solution, works by diluting nucleated cells while lysing all mature red blood cells affecting the observation, filling the counting cell and then counting the number of white blood cells in a certain volume under the microscope, which is then converted to find out the number of white blood cells in each liter of blood.

Turk Cell Counting Solution can be used for white blood cell counting. This reagent is used only in the field of research and not for clinical diagnosis.
