Blue Probe for Lipid Droplets is a triphenylamine derivative developed based on Aggregation-Induced Emission, exhibiting typical AIE properties. It can penetrate cell membrane and can be passively transported through membrane by simply incubating with cells. This product can specifically label lipid droplets of various living cells and fixed cells by targeting the polar environment of lipid droplets. Its fluorescence intensity changes significantly before and after binding with lipid droplets due to changes of aggregation state. Probes unbound with lipid droplets basically do not emit fluorescence. Different from normal dyes, this product exhibits a large Stokes shift and can be distinguished from other dyes, resistant to color bleeding. In addition,Blue Probe for Lipid Droplets is easy to handle, and can form image without washing. It is of good biocompatibility and high imaging concentration, maintaining stable fluorescence signal output even after multiple scans, very suitable for multiple imaging. Product advantages: 1. Relatively less cytotoxicity enables living cell imaging; 2. Strong anti-photobleaching ability. Emitting fluorescence intensity remains unchanged after 40 times 15 minutes in total laser scanning; 3. Low background signal, imaging rapidly. Ex/Em: 375nm-450nm/420nm-500nm Note: 1. Briefly centrifuge before first use, adjust staining concentration and time regarding different cells. 2. Prepare stocking solution and pack into portions when first use, store at -20℃,avoid repeated freezing and thawing; 3. For your safety and health, please wear experimental clothes and disposable gloves to handle; 4. This product is for scientific research only. Concentration: 1mM
