This product is a Triphenylamine derivatives developed based on Aggregation-Induced Emission (AIE)，exhibiting typical AIE property. This product can penetrate cell membrane. Simply incubate it with cells，it can be passively transported through membrane. This product can specifically label mitochondrion in various cells. The fluorescence intensity undergoes significant change before and after binding with mitochodrions. The unbound fluorescent probes basically do not emit fluorescence signals. Different from conventional dyes，this product can be excited by 525 nm length light，and exhibits a large Stokes shift，it can be clearly distinguished from other dyes，reducing the possibility of color bleeding in imaging. In addition，this product shows good biocompatibility and high imaging concentration，ensuring stable fluorescence signal output after mutiple scans and therefore suitable for multiple imaging.
