Product Introduction:

Amino black 10B can be used to detect the protein on the imprinted membrane. When the transferred protein is more than 50ng/band, it can show dark blue band on the light blue background. When determining the internal sequence, amino black is the most commonly used staining agent for protein sequencing and in situ cleavage.

Amino Black 10B Stain Solution, 0.5% is mainly composed of amino black 10B, weak acid, deionized water and so on. It is suitable for PVDF membrane, nitrocellulose membrane and nylon membrane. Its advantage is that mild dyeing conditions can minimize the loss of protein recovery and extraction.
