Cellulose staining MSB method refers to the staining method that adopts Mathew yellow-Lichun red-Methyl blue as the core, cellulose staining solution (modified MSB method) is improved on the basis of the above, and adopts Mathew yellow-Acid red-Aniline blue as the core of the staining, which mainly consists of lapis lazuli blue staining solution, Mayer Hematoxylin staining solution, Mathew yellow staining solution and Aniline blue staining solution, etc. It is a simple and inexpensive cellulose staining solution, and the stained cellulose shows red or blue color.
