Product Introduction:

This staining solution is similar to acetofuchsin and is a relatively common basic dye used for staining nuclei, fixation and staining of chromosomes. In biology, carbolic fuchsin staining solution is also commonly used to observe chromosome morphology during cell division.

The penetration rate of this staining solution is faster than that of aceto carbamide, and satisfactory staining results can be achieved in a relatively short time. At the same time, the reagent itself has a fixed effect on the tissue, and no additional fixation steps are needed, so the staining time can be effectively shortened. It is often used in the pressing method and smear method of plant tissues. The dye solution is stable. It is mainly used for chromosome staining such as somatic chromosome and meiotic staining.
