Product Introduction:

The Perl's Iron Stain method is one of the commonly used histological methods for detecting non heme iron in cells and tissues. It forms a blue Prussian blue precipitate to detect the deposition of ferroprotein and ferritin in bone marrow, liver, spleen, kidney and other tissue cells. This staining method can effectively distinguish between hemosiderin and other pigments, but due to the principle of staining, it is limited to less than 30μM/g of the iron content is difficult to form a visible positive marker with the naked eye.
Prussian Blue Iron Stain Kit (For Cells) has been optimized for iron staining in cells, commonly used in staining of juvenile red blood cells for iron reserves, iron overload, and iron nanoparticle drug loading. It can effectively label iron deposition and iron nanoparticles, while normal cells or drug-induced iron death do not show much staining. This dyeing solution has good stability, can be stored for a long time, is not prone to precipitation, and has a wide range of applications, making it suitable for re-dyeing.
