Product Introduction:
Mast cell is a common cell in loose connective tissue, which is often distributed along small blood vessels and Lymphatic vessel in groups, and also around interlobular ducts of bronchi and pancreas. Generally, the cells are large, with a diameter of about 20-30 μ m. It is circular or elliptical in shape, with a small nucleus and a thick cytoplasm filled with metachromatic basophilic granules.
The Mast Cell Stain Kit (Allen Method) uses Neutral red to stain the basophilic particles, and uses hematoxylin for lining dyeing. The results are clear, bright and contrasting.
