The final cytoplasmic staining should be transparent, and the nuclear chromatin should be easily distinguished.At present, the improved pasteurization solution contains many kinds of ions, which has polychromatic dyeing efficiency. After staining, the cytoplasm is bright and transparent, and the structure of nuclear membrane, nucleolus and chromatin is clear. 
Orange G6 Stain Solution is one of the components of Papanicolaou Kit. It is often used in combination with EA36 or EA50 to dye the cytoplasm into bright green, blue and pink. It is commonly used in gynecological cytology smear staining, such as screening cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, but also for non gynecological cell samples such as pleural fluid, ascites, sputum.
