Product Introduction:
Wright dye is a composite dye consisting of the basic dye methylene blue (Methvlem blue) and the acid dye eosin (Eostm Y), which is dissolved in methanol. Eosin is usually a sodium salt, and the colored part is an anion. Methylene blue is usually a chloride salt, and the colored part is a cation. The role of methanol: first, it dissolves methylene blue and eosin, so that it dissociates into the positive ion of colored methylene blue and the negative ion of eosin. The latter two can selectively adsorb different components of blood cells and make them colored; The second is to fix the cell morphology, accelerate the staining reaction, and enhance the staining effect.
