Product Introduction:
Esterase is mainly divided into non-specific esterase , lipase, choli-esterase. Acidic α-naphthol acetate esterase staining solution (ANAE method), also known as non-specific esterase staining solution, the principle is that the acidic esterase in the cell under acidic conditions will be hydrolyzed to produce α-naphthol acetate α-naphthol, α-naphthol and then coupled with the six azido parathionic magenta, generating an insoluble red precipitate, which is localized in the cytoplasm.
This staining kit is not specific for esterase staining and can be used for non-specific esterase staining of blood, bone marrow or cell smears, frozen sections, and for sodium fluoride inhibition test. This stain is intended for use in scientific research only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or other uses.
