Product Introduction:

This kit uses a combined technique of Alkaline Phosphatase ALP Staining and Periodic Acid Schiff PAS Staining to develop both Alkaline Phosphatase and PAS positive substances.

It is suitable for frozen section and paraffin section, the active part of alkaline phosphatase is in black color, and the PAS positive material is in purplish red color. During the staining process, pay attention to control the time of periodic acid treatment, otherwise it is easy to fade the color.
