Tricolor Ponceau fuchsin dyeing solution is one of the components of Masson tricolor dyeing kit. It is mainly composed of ponceau fuchsin, weak acid and so on. It is acidic and often used with aniline blue dyeing solution to stain fiber tissues. After dyeing, muscle fibers are red and collagen fibers are blue, mainly used to distinguish collagen fibers and muscle fibers.
