Product Introduction:

Elastic Fiber is mainly distributed in the arterial wall, alveolar wall and skin of human body. It is yellow when fresh and has strong refraction. The commonly used dyeing methods of elastic fiber include Gomori Aldehyde-Fuchsin Method, Weigert Elastic Fiber Method, Orcein Method, Victoria Blue Method, and Iron Iodine Hematoxylin Method.

Aldehyde-Fuchsin Stain Solution is reagent C of DR0311- Elastic Fiber Stain Kit(Aldehyde-Fuchsin Method), which can dye elastic fibers into purple or purplish red. It can also be used in conjunction with other reagents for staining mast cells, lipofuscin, and eosinophils.
