The commonly used dyeing methods of elastic fiber include Gomori Aldehyde-Fuchsin Method, Weigert Elastic Fiber Method, Orcein Method, Victoria Blue Method, and Iron Iodine Hematoxylin Method.
The Verh?eff staining method belongs to the iron iodine hematoxylin method and is a classic method for staining elastic fibers, with darker staining of coarse fibers. This product is an improved Verh?eff staining method and does not contain hazardous reagents。The working solution needs to be prepared and used immediately, and it is not advisable to prepare it in advance, If collagen and muscle fiber staining is required, DR1062-Masson's Trichrome Stain Kit can be used.
