Product Introduction:

Elastic Fiber is mainly distributed in the arterial wall, alveolar wall and skin of human body. It is yellow when fresh and has strong refraction. The commonly used dyeing methods of elastic fiber include Gomori Aldehyde-Fuchsin Method, Weigert Elastic Fiber Method, Orcein Method, Victoria Blue Method, and Iron Iodine Hematoxylin Method.

The dyeing principle of Resorcin-Fuchsin Solution is that Weigert basic fuchsin and iron ions form a Lake complex, and the free amino group firmly combines with the hydrogen bond in the elastic fiber in a black color. Weigert elastic fiber dyeing is particularly suitable for displaying mature elastic fibers.
