This product lyses nucleated red blood cells by utilizing the principle that the concentration difference of salt ions inside and outside the cells leads to the rupture of the cell membrane.  rnrnSterilized and processed, this product is mainly used for the separation and purification of tissue cells dispersed by enzymatic digestion, the separation and purification of lymphocytes, as well as the removal of red blood cells in experiments such as protein and nucleic acid extraction from tissue cells.
