Product introduction:
 Pluronic F-127 is a novel non-ionic surfactant that is relatively non-toxic to cells and does not alter the membrane properties of cells. Commonly used with lipophilic dyes such as Fura-2 AM, Fluo-3 AM, Rhod-2 AM, and Indo-1 AM to enhance the water solubility of dyes and improve their cell permeability. This reagent is a DMSO solution of Pluronic F-127.

If, prior to use, the product is found to be overly viscous and challenging to aspirate, it can be precooled at 4℃ for 10 - 20 minutes. Once its fluidity is restored, it can be retrieved for use.It is important to note that the product should not be stored at 4℃ for an extended period. This is because it is unstable under these conditions and is prone to precipitation.In the event that precipitation occurs, the product can be dissolved by heating it within the temperature range of 37 - 50℃. Following this, after precooling as described above, it can be used in the regular manner.
