Product Features:

1. The extraction process adopts superparamagnetic microspheres, which can easily achieve high-throughput automation without centrifugation operation.
2. Use prefabricated buffer, which can be extracted directly, and does not contain organic solvents such as phenol and chloroform;
3. The extracted product does not contain proteins, nucleases and other impurities, and can be used for subsequent experiments such as digestion, PCR amplification, and detection.

Application Cases:

Taking AIV allantoic fluid and JEV cell culture supernatant samples as examples, the RNA extraction effect of Sunlong Biotech™ Viral DNA/RNA Kit was verified.

Experimental data:

(1) AIV allantoic fluid

Conclusion: The Cq value of the Sunlong virus nucleic acid extraction kit is similar to that of brand T, and its extraction effect is the same, while the extraction effect of brand M reagent is the worst.

(2) JEV cell culture supernatant

Conclusion:The Cq value of >35 is considered to be a negative result, and the Cq value of the Sunlong virus nucleic acid extraction kit is the smallest, and the nucleic acid recovery efficiency of low-copy virus samples is better, which is better than that of competing brands.

Experimental conclusion:

In the supernatant samples cultured with AIV allantoic fluid and JEV cells, the Sunlong Virus Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit outperformed competing brands in terms of viral RNA extraction efficiency.
