Sunlong Biotech™ Stool DNA Kit is using pre-made buffers to extract DNA of human and intestinal flora genome from stool sample quickly and efficiently and it can adjust reaction system according to the sample size. This product is both suitable for automatic and manual operation. The extracted products can be used for PCR amplification, sequencing and detection.

Add exogenous DNA fragment to stool samples, then use Sunlong Stool DNA Kit to recover nucleic acid fragment and quantify it with qPCR.(see Fig. 1). The results showed that the recovery rate of the target fragment with Sunlong products was between 40% and 70% in different samples.

Add exogenous DNA fragment to stool samples, then use Sunlong Stool DNA Kit to recover nucleic acid fragment several times from the same sample and quantify it with qPCR.(see Fig. 2). According to research data, Ct values are consistent, which shows this kit has good stability.

3. Extraction Rate

Using Sunlong Stool DNA Kit to extract DNA from different human stool samples and use Qubit equipment to test DNA content(see Fig. 3). The result showed Sunlong DNA yield >2μg.
