Sunlong Biotech™ Circulating DNA Kit is using superparamagnetic microspheres and pre-filled buffers to extract circulating DNA from 0.2~5 ml serum or plasma in a fast and efficient way. The quality of the extracted products is stable and reliable, and can be used for PCR amplification, sequencing and detection.

Application

Recovery rate of DNA fragments from different sample volumes

Add 151bp Nucleic acid fragment into blood to make concentration of 10ng/μL, then use Sunlong Circulating Extraction Kit to recover nucleic acid fragment from different sample volumes and quantify it with qPCR. According to research data, recovery rate of Sunlong Product can exceed 85% in any 0.2~5 mL samples.
