Introduction

Sunlong Biotech™ Circulating DNA Kit is using superparamagnetic microspheres and pre-filled buffers to extract circulating DNA from 0.2~5 ml serum or plasma in a fast and efficient way. The quality of the extracted products is stable and reliable, and can be used for PCR amplification, sequencing and detection. The product is suitable for Sunlong Rosetta 24, KingFisher Flex24 and can be used in manual extraction as well.
