Sunlong Biotech™ Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit uses an improved SDS base cleavage method with dual magnetic bead extraction, avoiding high-speed centrifugation or vacuum filtration, which enables rapid adsorptive removal of impurities as well as specific binding of plasmid DNA, respectively. The kit can be operated manually or with an automated nucleic acid extractor to achieve automated high-throughput extraction.
