Sunlong Biotech™ FFPE DNA Extraction Kit is used in the steps of extraction, enrichment and purification of nucleic acids, and its processed products can be used for clinical in vitro assay use. This product uses superparamagnetic microspheres to specifically adsorb DNA, and removes impurities such as proteins other than DNA through washing. The eluent dissociates the DNA adsorbed on the magnetic beads, and high quality nucleic acids are separated and purified.
