CD8+ T cells were isolated from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using the Sunlong Biotech™ Human CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit (negative selection).

After staining with PE-labeled anti-human CD8a antibody (clone RPA-T8) and APC-labeled anti-human CD3 antibody (clone OKT3), flow cytometric analysis was performed.

Conclusion: The purity of CD3⁺ CD8⁺ T cells before and after sorting was 15.3% and 91.5%, respectively.
