CD34+ cells were enriched from human cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMCs) using the Sunlong Biotech™ Human CD34+ Cell Enrichment Kit (negative selection).

One-step enrichment achieves a concentration of 10 times, and two-step enrichment results in a concentration of 30 times.
It takes only 30 minutes to complete the enrichment of CD34⁺ cells.
It can be used in combination with a magnetic separator.

Fig.11 CD34⁺ cells were enriched from human cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMCs) using the Sunlong Biotech™ Human CD34+ Cell Enrichment Kit (negative selection). After labeling with FITC anti-human CD45 antibody (clone HI30) and PE anti-human CD34 antibody (clone 581), flow cytometric analysis was performed.

Conclusion: The purity of CD34⁺ cells was 1.2% before sorting, 13.9% after the first enrichment, and 33.8% after the second enrichment.
