Mouse bone marrow cells were separated using the Sunlong BiotechTM Mouse Neutrophil Isolation Kit.

Figure 6. Mouse bone marrow cells were separated using the Sunlong Biotech^TM Mouse Neutrophil Isolation Kit. After labeling with FITC anti-mouse Ly-6G (clone 1A8) and PE anti-mouse CD11b (clone M1/70) antibodies, flow cytometric analysis was performed.

Conclusion: The purity of neutrophils before and after sorting was 43.5% and 95.1%, respectively.
