CD4+ T cells were isolated from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using the Sunlong Biotech™ Human CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit (negative selection).

After staining with PE-labeled anti-human CD4 antibody (clone RPA-T4) and APC-labeled anti-human CD3 antibody (clone OKT3), flow cytometric analysis was performed.

Conclusion: The purity of CD3⁺ CD4⁺ T cells before and after sorting was 36.9% and 97%, respectively.
