Experimental conditions:

Samples: HEK293T (human embryonic kidney cellswere transfected with Flag-tagged human ILF2 plasmid (Flag-ILF2) for 36 h, and the cells were collected and The corresponding whole cell lysate was obtained by high-speed centrifugation by IP cell lysate.

Magnetic beads: 20 μL;

IP conditions: 500 μL of sample containing approximately 0.7 mg of total protein, magnetic beads incubated overnight with samples at 4°C;

Elution: Add 20 μL of 1 × SDS-PAGE protein loading buffer, boil at 100°C for 5 minutes, and collect the supernatant, i.e., the sample with elution;

Detection: The expression of precipitated Flag-ILF2 was detected by Western blot (WB) method.
