Sheep-derived DNA fluorescent PCR detection

The detection limit for DNA is 0.0001 ng/μl.

This kit utilizes a pair of specific primers for sheep mitochondrial DNA, a specific fluorescent probe, components such as thermostable DNA polymerase (Taq enzyme) and four deoxyribonucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs), and applies PCR technology to amplify the conserved genes of sheep mitochondrial DNA. At the same time, it detects mitochondrial DNA in samples through an external standard method.

The detection limit for DNA is 0.0001 ng/μl.

This kit does not produce non-specific amplification for specimens from cows, horses, pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, donkeys, mice, and geese.
