This series of products is used for the identification of animal-derived components based on the sequence differences of the cytochrome oxidase b (cytb) gene in mitochondrial DNA among species. The PCR mixture for species origin detection has pre-mixed reagents such as primers, probes, and dNTPs. When conducting experiments, simply mix the PCR mixture with Taq enzyme in proportion, add the DNA template, and perform fluorescent PCR detection. It is suitable for the identification of animal-derived components in samples such as food, cosmetics, and feed.
