Product Introduction

This kit utilizes a pair of specific primers for African Swine Fever virus DNA and a specific fluorescent probe. It employs heat-resistant DNA polymerase (Taq enzyme), four deoxyribonucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs), and other components, utilizing fluorescent PCR technology to amplify the conserved genes of African Swine Fever virus DNA. At the same time, it detects the viral DNA in the sample through an external standard method.
