Details

Applicable to first-strand cDNA synthesis, cDNA library construction, one-step RT-PCR, primer extension, 3′ and 5′RACE, etc.
· The half-life at 55℃ can reach 60 minutes, with a maximum tolerance temperature of 60℃.

· It can synthesize cDNA up to 10 kb in just 5 minutes, making it suitable for rapid reverse transcription reactions.

· With a very high tolerance to impurities, it is the preferred high-sensitivity reverse transcriptase for molecular diagnosis.

Product Overview

The third-generation M-MLV reverse transcriptase is obtained through genetic modification and recombinant technology. Compared to the wild-type M-MLV reverse transcriptase, this enzyme has eliminated RNase H activity, significantly improving both reverse transcription speed and thermal stability (with a maximum tolerance temperature of 60℃). It also demonstrates enhanced tolerance to complex secondary structures of RNA. The high-sensitivity reverse transcriptase exhibits strong anti-interference capabilities and exhibits extremely high efficiency in reverse transcription of low-copy RNA templates, making it the preferred reverse transcriptase for RT-PCR nucleic acid detection kits.

Transportation and Storage

Low-temperature transportation and storage at -20℃. The product has a shelf life of over two years.

Experimental Example

The following figure illustrates the effectiveness of the high-sensitivity reverse transcriptase applied in the one-step RT-qPCR reaction for the RNA of a pseudovirus of the novel coronavirus.
