This kit contains a unique formula that can effectively dissolve components of the cell membrane, including the plasma membrane, nuclear membrane, and the membranes of various organelles. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents the degradation of proteins by proteases, ensuring the extraction of high-purity proteins. The proteins extracted by this kit can be used in downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gel shift assay, and enzyme activity determination.
